बीबीआईएनएस देशों के लिए दो सप्ताह की कार्यशाला का आयोजन
राष्ट्रीय ग्रिड संचालक पावर सिस्टम ऑपरेशन कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड (पीओएसओसीओ-पोसोको) ‘पावर सिस्टम मॉडलिंग और सिमुलेशन’ पर 18 अप्रैल से 29 अप्रैल 2022 तक दो सप्ताह का प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर रहा है। दिल्ली में हो रहे इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में बांग्लादेश, भूटान, भारत, नेपाल और श्रीलंका के प्रतिभागी भाग ले रहे हैं। इस कार्यशाला का आयोजन द इंटीग्रेटेड रिसर्च एंड एक्शन फॉर डेवलपमेंट- इराडे (आईआरएडीई) यानी एकीकृत अनुसंधान एवं विकास कार्य के सहयोग से किया जा रहा है।
इस कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन बिजली सचिव श्री आलोक कुमार ने श्री एस. आर. नरसिम्हन, सीएमडी पोसोको; श्री आर. वी. शाही, अध्यक्ष, एसएजीई – आरआईएस; श्री जॉन स्मिथ-सरीन, निदेशक, भारत-प्रशांत कार्यालय, यूएसएआईडी; डॉ. ज्योति पारिख, कार्यकारी निदेशक, इराडे; श्री विनोद कुमार अग्रवाल, तकनीकी निदेशक, एसएआरआई/ईआई; श्री आर. के. पोरवाल, प्रमुख एनआरएलडीसी (कार्यक्रम निदेशक) ; और श्री किरीट पारिख, अध्यक्ष, इराडे के साथ-साथ पोसोको के अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में किया।
इस कार्यक्रम का संचालन पोसोको के इंजीनियर कर रहे हैं। इसमें पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल प्रमुख कार्यात्मक क्षेत्रों पर स्व-मूल्यांकन परीक्षण शामिल होंगे, जिसके बाद वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों और उद्योग विशेषज्ञों के साथ संवादात्मक सत्र होंगे। इस कार्यक्रम के प्रतिभागियों को आगरा में दुनिया के पहले मल्टी टर्मिनल एचवीडीसी स्टेशन का दौरा करने का अवसर मिलेगा।
‘पावर सिस्टम मॉडलिंग और सिमुलेशन’ प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम प्रतिभागियों को पावर सिस्टम की बुनियादी बातों से लेकर उन्नत स्तर तक परिचित कराने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। इस कोर्स में पावर सिस्टम, प्रति यूनिट सिस्टम, पावर सिस्टम के सभी हिस्सों की मॉडलिंग, स्थिर स्टेट लोड फ्लो स्टडीज, फॉल्ट एनालिसिस, डायनेमिक मॉडलिंग और सिमुलेशन, रिएक्टिव पावर स्टडीज, ट्रांसफर क्षमता मूल्यांकन और इष्टतम पावर फ्लो पर सिद्धांत के साथ-साथ व्यावहारिक सत्र भी हैं।
