प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के चयनित भाषणों का संग्रह, “सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास – प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का संबोधन (मई 2019 – मई 2020)”, का विमोचन सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय के प्रकाशन विभाग द्वारा 23 सितंबर, 2022 को सुबह 11 बजे रंग भवन सभागार, आकाशवाणी भवन, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित एक समारोह में किया जाएगा।
इस कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि, केरल के राज्यपाल, श्री आरिफ मोहम्मद खान और विशिष्ट अतिथि, पूर्व उपराष्ट्रपति, श्री वेंकैया नायडू होंगे। केंद्रीय सूचना एवं प्रसारण तथा युवा कार्यक्रम एवं खेल मंत्री श्री अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर इस कार्यक्रम के मेजबान की भूमिका में होंगे। इस अवसर पर सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय के सचिव श्री अपूर्व चंद्रा तथा मंत्रालय की विभिन्न मीडिया इकाइयों के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहेंगे।
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के चुनिंदा भाषणों का यह संकलन, 130 करोड़ भारतीयों की आशा और आकांक्षाओं के माध्यम से न्यू इंडिया के निर्माण का सारसंग्रह है।
‘जनभागीदारी-सब को साथ लेकर चलना’ – इस विजन को प्राप्त करने का मुख्य आधार है, सामूहिक विश्वास और संकल्प के माध्यम से समावेशी विकास।
यह संग्रह विभिन्न विषयों पर मई 2019 से मई 2020 तक प्रधानमंत्री के 86 भाषणों पर केंद्रित है। दस विषयगत क्षेत्रों में विभाजित, ये भाषण प्रधानमंत्री के ‘न्यू इंडिया’ दृष्टिकोण को दर्शाते हैं। अच्छी तरह से विभाजित किये गए खंड हैं – आत्मनिर्भर भारत: अर्थव्यवस्था, जन-प्रथम शासन, कोविड -19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई, उभरता भारत: विदेशी मामले, जय किसान, टेक इंडिया-न्यू इंडिया, हरित भारत-सहनशील भारत-स्वच्छ भारत (ग्रीन इंडिया-रेसिलिएंट इंडिया-क्लीन इंडिया), स्वस्थ भारत-सक्षम भारत (फिट इंडिया- एफिशिएंट इंडिया), सनातन भारत-आधुनिक भारत: सांस्कृतिक विरासत और मन की बात।
पुस्तक प्रधानमंत्री के न्यू इंडिया के दृष्टिकोण को चित्रित करती है, जो आत्मनिर्भर, सहनशील और चुनौतियों को अवसरों में बदलने में सक्षम हो। प्रधानमंत्री अपनी असाधारण वक्तत्व शैली के माध्यम से जनता से जुड़ने के लिए; उत्कृष्ट संवाद क्षमता के साथ नेतृत्व गुण, दूरदर्शी सोच और दूरदर्शिता का संयोजन करते हैं। यही बात इस पुस्तक में उनके शब्दों के माध्यम से परिलक्षित होती है, जैसे, “हमने ‘सबका साथ, सबका विकास’ के मंत्र से शुरुआत की थी; लेकिन पांच साल के निरंतर समर्पण के साथ, लोगों ने इसमें एक और अद्भुत शब्द जोड़ा है, वह है ‘सबका विश्वास’।“
