नई दिल्ली, 28सितंबर। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री आवास विवाद के मामले में केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो द्वारा प्रारंभिक जांच की एफआईआर दर्ज करने के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओं ने बीजेपी और जांच एजेंसियों को निशाने पर लिया है. आप नेताओं ने कहा कि सीबीआई की ये कार्रवाई बीजेपी की हताशा का प्रतीक है. बता दें कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के नए सरकारी आवास के निर्माण को लेकर दिल्ली सरकार के अज्ञात लोक सेवकों द्वारा कथित रूप से बरती गई ‘अनियमितता और कदाचार’ की जांच सीबीआई ने शुरू कर दी है. जांच एजेंसी ने बुधवार को इस बाबत पीई भी दर्ज की है.
दिल्ली में सत्तारूढ़ आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) ने कहा कि वो सीबीआई जांच का स्वागत करती है. पार्टी ने दावा किया है कि ‘जैसा कि अब तक अन्य सभी मामलों में हुई पिछली जांचों में हुआ है, इसमें कुछ भी सामने नहीं आएगा. यह ‘आप’ को बदनाम करने की बीजेपी की हताशा भरी कोशिश है.
दूसरी तरफ सीबीआई के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि दिल्ली सरकार के अज्ञात लोक सेवकों के खिलाफ पीई दर्ज की है. पीई यह देखने के लिए दर्ज की जाती है कि क्या आरोपों को लेकर प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने के वास्ते प्रथम दृष्टया कोई सामग्री है या नहीं. सीबीआई की भ्रष्टाचार रोधी शाखा ने लोक निर्माण विभाग (पीडब्ल्यूडी) को सोमवार को पत्र लिखकर उससे आवास से संबंधित रिकॉर्ड 3 अक्टूबर तक मांगे हैं, जिनमें बदलाव के संबंध में उसके अधिकारियों की सिफारिश और मंजूरी, निविदा दस्तावेज, ठेकेदारों द्वारा लगाई गई बोली, भवन योजना को मंजूरी और मॉड्यूलर रसोईघर, मार्बल का फर्श और अन्य सजावटी कार्य जैसी बेहतर विशिष्टताओं के लिए ग्राहक से अनुरोध शामिल हैं. एजेंसी ने पीडब्ल्यूडी से ठेकेदार एके बिल्डर्स और परियोजना के सलाहकार को किए गए भुगतान से संबंधित रिकॉर्ड जमा करने को भी कहा. साथ में कई अन्य दस्तावेज भी मांगे हैं.
दरअसल, अप्रैल 2023 में कुछ रिपोर्ट में दावा किया गया था कि केजरीवाल के सिविल लाइंस में छह फ्लैगस्टाफ रोड स्थित सरकारी घर में अतिरिक्त निर्माण के लिए 43.70 करोड़ रुपये स्वीकृत किए गए थे. जबकि खर्च 44.78 करोड़ रुपये किए गए. दस्तावेजों के मुताबिक यह पैसा नौ सितंबर 2020 से जून 2022 के बीच छह किस्तों में खर्च किया गया.
