मुंबई , 3अक्टूबर। महाराष्ट्र में नांदेड़ के एक सरकारी अस्पताल में मरने वालों का आंकड़ा थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा. 30 सितंबर से 1 अक्टूबर के बीच सिर्फ 24 घंटे में 24 लोगों की मौत से यहां हड़कंप मच गया था. लेकिन अब यह आंकड़ा और बढ़ गया है. कल से अब तक 7 और मौत होने से मृतकों का आंकड़ा 31 पहुंच गया है. कल तक जहां मरने वालों में 12 नवजात सामिल थे, अब इस सरकारी अस्पताल में कुल 16 नवजात बच्चों की मौत हो चुकी है.
मामला महाराष्ट्र में नांदेड़ के शंकरराव चव्हाण सरकारी अस्पताल का है. अस्पताल के डीन ने इसके लिए दवाओं और अस्पताल के कर्मचारियों की कमी को जिम्मेदार ठहराया है. शंकरराव चव्हाण सरकारी अस्पताल के डीन ने कल ही बताया था कि बीते 24 घंटों में हुई 24 मौतों में से 12 वयस्क की अलग-अलग बीमारियों (ज्यादातर सांप के काटने) के कारण हुई है.
आज 7 और मौत का आंकड़ा जुड़ने से पिछले दो दिन में यहां मरने वालों की संख्या 31 तक पहुंच गई है. कल तक 12 नवजात शिशुओं की मौत हुई थी, इसमें 4 और नवजात बच्चों की मौत जुड़ने से यह आंकड़ा भी 16 तक पहुंच गया है.
एक और अस्पताल में हो रहा मौत का तांडव
इधर छत्रपति संभाजीनगर के घाटी अस्पताल में पिछले 24 घंटे में 2 नवजात समेत 14 लोगों की मौत का मामला सामने आया है. घाटी अस्पताल में दवा की कमी बतायी जा रही है. सोमवार को भी यहां सिर्फ 15 दिनों की दवा की सप्लाई बची थी, ऐसे में नागरिक दवा के लिए हाथों में दवा की पर्चियां लेकर घूमते नजर आ रहे थे.
डॉक्टरों के अनुसार घाटी अस्पताल में कई मरीज इलाज के लिए काफी देर से भर्ती होते हैं. ऐसे में मृत्यु दर बढ़ रही है. कुछ लोगों का कहना है कि मौत का कारण दवा की लगातार कमी है. कहा जा रहा है कि यह संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है.
