नई दिल्ली, 14दिसंबर। भारत का ई-कॉमर्स बाजार जिस तेजी से ग्रोथ हासिल कर रहा है, उसको देखते हुए साल 2028 तक इसके 160 बिलियन डॉलर से ज्यादा होने की उम्मीद है. देश में ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग का बाजार 2023 में अनुमानित 57-60 बिलियन डॉलर से बढ़कर अगले 5 सालों में 160 बिलियन डॉलर पर जाने की उम्मीद है. बैन एंड कंपनी की ‘द हाउ इंडिया शॉप्स ऑनलाइन’ की एक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि भारत में ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग में जबरदस्त तेजी आई है जिससे ये आंकड़ा हासिल करना आसान होगा.
साल 2020 के बाद से भारत के ऑनलाइन रिटेल बाजार में हर साल लगातार 8-12 बिलियन डॉलर का एक्सपेंशन यानी विस्तार हुआ है. ई-कॉमर्स मार्केट में कस्टमर के खर्चों के पैटर्न पर नजर रखने वाली बैन एंड कंपनी की ऑनलाइन 2023 रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक ये डेटा आया है. बेन एंड कंपनी ने ई-कॉमर्स दिग्गज फ्लिपकार्ट के साथ एक जॉइंट रिपोर्ट में कहा कि भारतीय ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग बाजार के एक साल पहले की तुलना में 2023 में 17-20 फीसदी बढ़ने का अनुमान है, हालांकि साल 2019-2022 के 25-30 फीसदी से तुलना करें तो ये धीमी गति है लेकिन इसके पीछे ऊंची महंगाई भी बड़ी वजह बनी है.
